Be patient on pruning your plants effected by the freeze. Great tips below from Maas Nursery.

Try to delay pruning until spring or when new growth appears. Damaged tissue on non-woody plants such as philodendrons may be removed if it is slimy or, mushy and foul smelling. This decaying tissue should be removed as it is unhealthy for the plant. Delay hard pruning on woody plants until new growth appears. Some plants which are damaged on top may be fine and will only need light pruning when all chance of frost has passed. Most plants are in their dormant phase and will awaken in the spring. Frost damage sometimes takes a while to appear. Be patient and allow your garden to awaken.
