On the final day of February, we are highlighting the most important factor in preventing heart disease. It helps to be reminded that during National Heart Health Month, the most important thing we can each do to maintain good health is to make smart lifestyle choices.

This includes controlling blood pressure, managing cholesterol, choosing heart-healthy foods, and getting regular exercise. Lucky for us, Summit County is an amazing place to stay healthy, with great examples all around us. Hiking and cross-country ski trails, ski resorts, tennis courts, rec centers, and loads of moral support to encourage us to keep moving!
