Junior Achievement is a nonprofit organization dedicated to preparing young people for success in a global economy. Through hands-on programs in financial literacy, career readiness, and entrepreneurship, JA connects classroom learning to real-world experiences, helping students build the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need to make informed decisions about their future.

We invite community members to support Summit students by volunteering for two upcoming Junior Achievement experiences this May. Both are engaging, one-day opportunities where you’ll guide students through interactive stations and share real-world experiences, no teaching background required, just a willingness to connect and inspire.

JA Finance Park: A hands-on financial simulation where students take on adult roles, build a budget, and make real-life financial decisions tied to career and lifestyle choices.
JA Dream Accelerator: A dynamic career exploration experience that helps students identify their interests, strengths, and goals while connecting them to real-world career pathways.
