Congrats to all who participated in and to the students who will benefit from the Frisco Fastpacs Summer Meal Challenge. Way to go Frisco!

Another day of counting our blessings here at Frisco Fastpacs... 𝟯𝟴,𝟴𝟭𝟳 of them, to be exact!

When we were asked in May to take on FISD summer school weekend meals (not the usual service schedule for Fastpacs), our board, staff and volunteers didn't blink. If kids need to be fed, we're going to figure it out.

We knew we could make it happen logistically; we just had to come to our beloved supportive community to ask for your help.

And you all have risen up and made our Summer Meal Challenge a huge success. First, Frisco Station stepped up to help us raise the money, with a generous $15,000 matching grant.

Then, with almost $9,000 from individual contributors, and significant grants from Anderson Agency, Farmers Insurance, GoGo squeeZ, and 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗼 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, we were almost to the finish line... when 𝗩𝗮𝗻𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗘𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗲 reached out with the news that their Employee Contribution program wanted to donate $4K to make sure we met goal.

There aren't many words... other than WOW! 😍 And THANK YOU! 🙏 and YOU DID IT! 🥳 Together we raised $38,817 in just 3.5 weeks. That deserves another 𝗪𝗢𝗪!

Thanks to all of you, we served thousands more meals during Frisco Independent School District summer school days, and kept hungry students fed, so they could focus on the work ahead.

This is the best community in the world. Thank you for helping Frisco Fastpacs take care of our most vulnerable.
