We have known for a long time that Frisco 911 is the best...this just confirms it. Great job by everyone in our Communications Division!
In this month’s episode of Safety Matters, the Frisco Police Department and Frisco 911 tells us about the different ways you can contact 911 during an emergency. Plus the 3rd week of March is National Poison Prevention Week, so the Frisco Fire Department explains how to prevent accidental poisonings. Check it out and learn why .
We are blessed beyond measure to have the Frisco 911 team! These headset heroes have worked tirelessly to ensure that we are responding to the needs of our community.
Please monitor your service provider for updates regarding restoration of power. Our Frisco 911 Dispatchers do not have that information and will not be able to answer outage-related questions if you call. We understand your frustration and appreciate your patience.
