Frisco 911 is responsible for answering calls placed to the Emergency Communications Center.

We are thrilled to be invited to multiple career fairs throughout Frisco schools these next few weeks! We will be at Liberty High School on October 18th and Panther Creek High School on November 13th.

The Texas Municipal League recognized Shonda Robertson, Emergency Communications Manager as a Leadership Fellow. She was honored by Bennett Sandlin, Texas Municipal League (TML) Executive Director, during the awards ceremony. The award recipients – elected, appointed, and other city leaders throughout Texas – completed more than 30 hours of training, held over two months, to enhance their leadership skills.
