🌧️ THREE DAYS IN A ROW! 🌧️

Well, we certainly aren’t complaining! 🙌 After being in drought conditions, seeing rain three days in a row is something worth celebrating! 💧🌱

Every drop helps our soil, pastures, lakes, and everything else that desperately needs it.

🌧️ Keep it coming, Fritch! We’ll gladly take every drop we can get! 💙

Scattered storms are once again present for this early morning with a majority of them centered around the Northern and Central Panhandles. Currently these storms are producing heavy rainfall and frequent lightning, but small hail can't be ruled out.

Afternoon highs in the low to mid 90s look to be in store for the Panhandles today. However, these cooler temperatures are not expected to last with latest trends seeing a return of triple-digit temperatures this weekend.

Early morning activity has stabilized and cooled the air across the Panhandles today, unfortunately lessening the likelihood of another round later this afternoon. However, additional activity moving in from the west may still bring a chance for precipitation later tonight.

After all the heat and dry days, waking up to a rain gauge with some much-needed water in it is something worth celebrating! 🙌
