Set your calendars for June 13 because we will all be set up at Valley Barbell 5K Pump and Run event. The largest fitness event in the Shenandoah Valley.

Completely free and open to the public come out and enjoy a day of activities, hot food from Clay’s BBQ, cold drinks from Sipsy’s and plenty of vendors to keep that blood pumping with excitement. We also heard they’re will be special appearances by Cozy Creations by Teresa, LLC and Checkered + Luxe Co. courtesy of Sipsys.
