Jury questionnaires for 2027 are coming to Warren County mailboxes this week. This is not a jury summons! This is also not a scam.

~The easiest way to complete your juror questionnaire is to visit the secure online portal provided on your questionnaire. This process takes just minutes to complete and is the quickest, most efficient option for providing the requested information.

~You may also mail your questionnaire, or drop it by our office, Ste., 123, located in the courthouse.

*Failure to complete the summons will not exclude you from possibly being summoned to jury service in calendar year 2027.
