In a year when outdoor spaces have become even more important to the health and connections in our community, we are proud to announce support from AARP for the new Town Forest Trail designed and promoted by Fryeburg's town Conservation Committee. Come join our volunteer corps this fall to help build the trail that you and your loved ones can enjoy for generations to come!

It's been a while since Fryeburg Age-Friendly Taskforce has met, but we have still been busy! Look for an upcoming announcement about a grant we cooperated with the Conservation Committee to support the Town Forest Trail. Also, upcoming news about our coordination with the Upper S**o Cultural Alliance to bring a rides / deliveries service to people in our area.

Fryeburg Community Action will be offering deliveries to anyone in the area served by N. Fryeburg Community Chapel's Food Pantry. Food Pantry Volunteers pre-select canned/packaged food and dry goods and set up bags for pick-up. If you or anyone you know would like such a bag delivered to your home, please fill out the linked form or call FCA at 935-3933.

WINDOW DRESSERS is a project to reach folks with leaky windows who want to make their homes warmer and more efficient. We need clients who would like their windows measured for inserts, volunteers to measure and later this fall, assemble the windows, and donors who can help make this affordable for everyone!
