Meet with Fullerton College Alumni Miguel Alvarez.

Not very many people realize know what a community college district does, let alone what it is!

Miguel Alvarez who is running for the board will talk about his candidacy, his campaign, and why you should care about who gets elected to your community college board.

Miguel is an education policy expert and advocate. He was raised right here in North Orange County and is an alumnus of Fullerton College and UCLA. If elected, Miguel will be the first openly LGBT+ Latinx trustee on the North Orange County Community College District board.

More than 8 of 10 likely voters in California have attended college. Two-thirds own their own home. Almost half have annual family incomes of more than $80,000. In none of those areas are they typical of the state as a whole.
