Always nice to see the amazing support from this wonderful community we are honored to serve. This note was found on the windshield of one of our patrol cars, and it truly means a lot to our officers. Thank you for the kindness, encouragement, and continued support you show every day.

Traffic Tip Tuesday

Summer is here, and kids are out enjoying their freedom, riding bikes, walking to friends’ houses, playing outside, and spending more time around our neighborhoods and streets.

As drivers, now is the time to slow down and stay extra alert. Please remember to stop completely at intersections and stop signs, make eye contact with pedestrians before proceeding, and use extra caution in neighborhoods, parks, and residential areas.

Children are excited for summer adventures and may not always pay attention to traffic dangers. A few extra seconds of patience and awareness behind the wheel can help prevent a tragedy.

Let’s work together to keep our kids safe this summer.
