⚾🎉 It's happening THIS SATURDAY!

Join us as we celebrate the Grand Opening of Primrose Park with a day of family fun! Enjoy a ceremonial first pitch, delicious food trucks, and a baseball trading card vendor on-site.

🌭 The first 200 guests will receive FREE hot dogs, and the first 200 kids will receive FREE baseball cards while supplies last!

Meet Paul Montalvo, Public Works Supervisor for the City of Fulshear!

Paul joined the City in December 2024 and brings previous experience from the Fort Bend County Parks Department. As part of our Public Works team, he helps ensure our parks, roads, and public spaces remain safe, functional, and enjoyable for residents and visitors alike.

What Paul loves most about his job is the sense of accomplishment that comes with completing projects that directly benefit the community. Whether it's repairing a road or maintaining a park, he takes pride in knowing his work helps make Fulshear a better place for everyone.

For Paul, a good day at work means seeing parks in great condition for the public to enjoy and knowing service requests are up to date and being addressed efficiently.

The Council Connects Series returns in 2026, giving residents an opportunity to meet face-to-face with their City Council representative in an informal setting.

Whether you have a question, a concern, or simply want to say hello, Council Connects is your chance to connect with the people elected to serve you.

Each meeting will take place at a neighborhood or local business within the district and is designed to encourage open dialogue, build relationships, and strengthen communication between residents and City leadership.

The deadline to apply for the Charter Review Commission and Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC) is Monday June 1, 2026 at 5 PM.

Following Tuesday night’s City Council meeting, application deadlines for two Boards & Commissions have officially been extended to June 1, 2026 5 PM.

The City is currently accepting applications for:
▫️ Charter Review Commission — reviews the City Charter and recommends potential updates or amendments to City Council to help ensure the charter remains effective, clear, and responsive to the city’s needs.
▫️ Capital Improvements Advisory Committee (CIAC) — a citizen advisory board that reviews impact fees, land use assumptions, and capital improvement planning.

Texas law requires CIAC representation from the real estate, development, and building industries, along with community stakeholders.
