Jefferson County Schools Superintendent Dr. Gonsoulin joined Mayor Lowery and Councilwoman Jennings tonight to cheer on the Wildcats at Homecoming! While the team came up short on the field, the band absolutely dominated halftime with an unforgettable performance.

The area surrounding PetSmart has been rendered safe, and all local businesses have resumed normal operations. We extend our sincere gratitude to the Fultondale Gas Board for their prompt response, along with the Fultondale Fire Department and Fultondale Police Department for their vital support.

PSA: We had a gas leak at the PetSmart construction site in the Promenade Mall. The Fultondale Gas Department has shut off the gas to that section of the mall. Fultondale Fire and Police are on the scene, and the area around the leak has been evacuated. Crews are waiting for the building to be ventilated before people are allowed back in the area.
