Gateway Village families, join us on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. for our Back-to-School Backpack & Snack Giveaway at the Gateway Village Community Building!

We are excited to help our students get ready for a wonderful new school year with an afternoon of fun, fellowship, and school-year excitement! ✏️🍎🎉

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: A limited number of backpacks will be available while supplies last for school-age Gateway Village students in grades K–12 who are currently listed on a lease in the community. Backpacks will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please do not miss this opportunity! We look forward to seeing our students and helping them begin the new school year ready and excited!

Community Action of Etowah County will be on-site to assist eligible residents through the Regular Cooling and Crisis Cooling Programs.
