If you missed Ballet or Hip-Hop with us in August, don't worry!
We have 4 more classes for each dance category coming up.
The next Junior Ballet Class is September 8th, 3:30-4:30pm and the next Hip-Hop Dance Class is September 10th, 4-5pm. 😁

We are deeply saddened by the passing of Dolly Parton. Libraries everywhere are SO GRATEFUL for her philanthropic work including her work through Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. So many children learned to read with Dolly, sing with Dolly and were AND will be inspired by her. 🦋

📣 Calling all trainers ages 7-14! Join our new official Pokémon Club right here at the Gadsden Public Library!

🧠 Learn how to play the official Pokémon Trading Card Game!
🎨 Participate in fun Pokémon crafts and activities!
👥 Build lasting friendships with other Pokémon fans!

✨Our first club meeting/registration will be after school on September 10th from 4pm-5pm in the Lena Martin room.✨

With meetings on every 2nd and 4th Thursday, you'll have plenty of chances to catch them all!

We can't wait to see you there!

FREE Junior Ballet Class with Ballet Squared is tomorrow from 3:30-4:30pm, and FREE Hip-Hop Dance Class with Kay Smith School of Performing Arts is Thursday from 4-5pm.

If you're ages 2-16, a beginning dancer, only know the macarena, only know the hokey pokey or you're somewhere in between... these classes are for you! See y'all soon! ☺️

*Proper ballet or hip-hop attire not required

Gadsden City Schools after-school programming ROCKS!

Tuesday and Wednesday, Mrs. Hanna had the privilege of bringing rock art and pet rocks into 2 schools. The kids had a great time designing, decorating and naming their rocks. Some students even gave their rocks a story about where they live and work. It was a rocking good time. 😎
