🇺🇸 West Virginia Moves to Restore Lawful Machine Gun Transfers

West Virginia lawmakers have introduced GOA-backed legislation to restore lawful machine gun transfers to qualified, law-abiding citizens — using a clear exemption already written into federal law (18 U.S.C. § 922(o)).

For nearly 40 years, Americans have faced sweeping federal restrictions on fi****ms that are undeniably “arms” protected by the Constitution. This bill pushes back.

By creating a lawful state pathway for transfers “to or by” the state, West Virginia is asserting its authority and defending the rights of its citizens.

The Second Amendment doesn’t come with an expiration date — and it doesn’t exclude certain arms simply because they’ve been politically targeted.

The Mountain State isn’t asking permission. It’s standing on principle. 💪🇺🇸
