I’m excited to announce that I’m seeking re-election as Jackson County Road Superintendent.
It has truly been an honor to serve my first term, and I don’t take this job lightly. From day one, I’ve worked to keep an open-door policy and be someone the people of Jackson County can talk to and trust.
When I took office, I took an oath to faithfully perform the duties of this position, and I’ve tried to let that oath guide every decision I make. From the beginning, my goal has been to make the most out of every penny in the budget while doing the best job possible for our county.
During my first term, my priorities have been maintaining and improving our county roads, being responsible with taxpayer dollars, and keeping safety a top priority, both for our Highway Department crew and for the traveling public. I’ve also made it a priority to follow the Tennessee County Uniform Highway Law, letting the law, not favoritism, guide my decisions so fairness and integrity stay at the center of how we operate.
If re-elected, my goals are simple: continue being a leader you can trust, make the most of our budget, repair and maintain as many miles of county road as possible, and keep safety front and center for our crew and the public.
Thank you for the support you’ve shown me. I would be honored to continue serving Jackson County.
