Today, on Elder Abuse Awareness Day, we stand in solidarity with older adults who deserve to live with dignity, safety, and respect. 🩵

Elder abuse—whether physical, emotional, financial, or neglect—is often hidden, but its impact is profound. At Bridging Hope, we recognize that violence can affect individuals at every stage of life, and we are committed to supporting survivors across the lifespan.

Our mission is rooted in advocacy, education, and healing. That means not only responding to abuse, but working to prevent it, by raising awareness, empowering communities, and ensuring that every survivor has access to compassionate, trauma-informed care.

Let today be a reminder: everyone deserves to be heard, believed, and protected.

Our advocates have been taking the time to prioritize mental wellness by participating in activities that encourage connection, self-care, and resilience. Supporting mental health is an important part of the work we do, both for those we serve and for us!
