Get ready to lace up your skates and join us at Skate Station this Friday for a fun night with our Chiles family!

Parents, don’t forget: When you arrive, be sure to tell the teller at the front that you’re attending with Chiles Elementary!

The Cheetah Fun Run is one of our biggest and most exciting events of the year, and it takes a great team of volunteers to make it happen!

We’re building our Fun Run Committee and would love YOU to join us!

Whether you love planning, organizing, decorating, finding sponsors, helping with logistics, or simply want to get more involved at Chiles, there’s a place for you. Many hands make light work and a lot more fun!

We’re also looking for a FUN RUN CO-CHAIR!
This is a special opportunity to work alongside and learn from our current Fun Run Chair this year, with the goal of taking the lead next year. You’ll get hands-on experience, support, and plenty of time to learn how everything comes together.

🐾 READY TO LEND A PAW? 🐾

Our school community is stronger because of the amazing parents, grandparents, family members, and friends who volunteer their time to support our students!

If you’re planning to volunteer at Chiles Elementary this school year, now is the time to get started! Volunteers must complete a new application each school year and be approved before volunteering.

🐾 LEVEL I volunteers can help with:
• Classroom activities
• Library
• Office
• Most PTA events
• Events and special activities

🐾 LEVEL II volunteers are needed for opportunities such as:
• Field trips
• Mentoring
• Tutoring without direct supervision

Planning to chaperone a field trip? Once your Level I application is approved, you’ll receive instructions for applying for Level II. Level II requires additional screening, including fingerprinting, and costs $82 (valid for 5 years).
