We invite our community to stand together in gratitude and respect as we ensure this Veteran is laid to rest with the dignity their service deserves.
Tuesday, October 20, 2026 at 11:45 a.m. at the Lake City VA Medical Center. It will take place at the front of the hospital on the northwest corner of the campus facing Winn Dixie.

Congratulations to our August DAISY Award Honoree, Bill!

During one of the most difficult moments for a Veteran and his family, Bill delivered extraordinary compassion, advocacy, and clinical excellence. He listened, stayed present, recognized when something was wrong, and acted quickly, ultimately ensuring the Veteran received critical care when he needed it most.
