Volunteers still needed for tomorrow !!!!

Tuesday (April 15) at lunch time is when the PTSA celebrates all students who earned all A's and B's on their 3rd quarter report card. Students receive a certificate plus get to choose candy and ice cream as a reward.

We need volunteers to help hand out these treats and certificates. You can choose either A or B lunch periods (or both!). You must be a SBAC approved volunteer. Please sign up here:

GHS PTSA is proud to celebrate our A/B Honor Roll students for the 3rd Quarter. Volunteers are needed to help distribute rewards in the courtyard during both lunch periods on Tuesday, April 15th. Please sign up if you can help. All volunteers must have an approved ACPS Volunteer Application on file....

Help protect our career tech (CTE), Advanced Placement (AP), Cambridge AICE), International Baccalaureate (IB) and dual enrollment programs! Florida lawmakers are currently considering bills that would dramatically cut funding to these programs--to the tune of more than $3.5 million for Alachua County Public Schools alone. The funds are awarded when students pass rigorous AP, IB, AICE or career certification exams or get an A in an academic dual enrollment course and help support those programs. We have thousands of students who are earning college credits, scholarships, awards and industry certifications and being better prepared for college and/or careers because of these programs! Here's how you can help:

Hi all, a reporter for WUFT News is doing a story about a proposed legislation that would provide free breakfast and lunch to all public school students in Florida and is interested in speaking to families that are just outside of the current cut off limits. If anyone meets that criteria and is willing to speak to the reporter, message us and we can connect you.
