Rebuilding Together Montgomery County

For the cost of building one new home, Rebuilding Together Montgomery County can fix 18 existing homes.

Instead of replacing homes, we repair them, making them safer, more accessible, and more affordable to maintain for veterans, older adults, people with disabilities and families with young children.

For every home we repair we can:

- Preserve existing affordable housing
- Reduce displacement risk
- Support aging in place
- Strengthen neighborhood stability
- Extend the life of homes that communities cannot afford to lose

Every roof patched helps keep a family safely housed. Every accessible ramp helps a neighbor live independently. Every repaired home preserves affordable housing that might otherwise disappear forever.

Every day, we have the privilege of helping Montgomery County homeowners live in homes that are safer, healthier, and more accessible. Behind every repair is a person, a family, and a story—and the impact of our work reaches far beyond the walls of a home.
