Have old documents you no longer need? Dispose of them safely and securely at the City’s Community Shredding Event!

📅 Saturday, September 5, 2026

Parking lot next to the Skate Park & Water Park

✅ Shredding services are FREE!

Bring documents such as receipts, tax records, medical records, financial and legal documents, and paper containing staples or paper clips.

🥫 Help our community while you’re there!
Food donations are encouraged to support the Gaithersburg HELP pantry.

🚗 Easy drop-off: Follow the posted signs, pop your trunk, and staff will remove the boxes for you. All shredding is completed on site.

Presented by the City in partnership with the Environmental Affairs Committee, Georgetown Paper Stock, and Techno Rescue.

CCACC is offering FREE health services this fall to help ensure everyone in our community has access to essential care. Please share with family, friends, and community members who may benefit! 💙

🩸 ANNUAL FREE BLOOD TEST SERVICE

📅 September 1–30, 2026 | Monday–Friday
⏰ 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
📍 CCACC Health Center

CCACC will provide FREE blood tests to eligible individuals throughout September. Participants can return in October during our Annual Health Fair to discuss their results for FREE with a primary care physician.

Who is eligible?
✓ Anyone who has not had a health check in the past 12 months
✓ Uninsured individuals

📌 Blood tests are by appointment only. Registration is required.
