GVFD would like to thank everyone who showed up and supported our fundraiser this past Saturday! As an all volunteer team, we count on everyone’s support, and we are honored to provide local Fire and EMS response to the northern communities of the Copper Basin! We trust you all had a great time and we look forward to our 12th annual fundraising picnic next year! Congratulations to all the raffle winners!

Gakona VFD Fundraiser & Picnic is today! Dessert Competition starts at 2pm, cash prizes for the top 3 desserts! Food will be served until we run out, so get there early! Raffle drawing will be at 4:30pm, and the dunk tank will be going until 5pm. You do not want to miss out on this! See you at Gakona Park!
