We at FISH want to express our deepest gratitude to everyone who honored the memory of Douglas Ferreter with a gift to FISH of Galesburg food pantry.

As many of you know, Doug dedicated his life to teaching and uplifting the Galesburg community.

Your generous donations will directly help feed our neighbors right here in Galesburg and Knox County. Thank you for keeping Doug’s legacy of love, education, and giving alive.

Sharing a story from our guest Florentino:

For over 30 years, Florentino poured his energy into the windmill industry. Today, after three knee surgeries and an upcoming knee replacement, he finds himself unemployed and unable to cover his monthly bills.

Asking for help isn't easy. Florentino shared that because he is so used to working, "asking for help took courage."

Yet, he faced his situation with an inspiring smile, telling us that the friendly faces at FISH made all the difference.
