Jefferson Township Fire Dept. The Jefferson Township Fire Dept. is located in Crawford County, Ohio. The department is staffed Monday-Friday 7a-3p.

The Jefferson Township Volunteer Fire Department provides fire and EMS services to both Jefferson and Jackson Townships, nearly twenty six and a half square miles. JTFD is composed entirely of volunteer firefighters, EMTs, and one paramedic. Our fleet is comprised of a rescue truck, a 3000 gallon pumper/tanker, and a 2500 gallon vacuum tanker. JTFD responds to all fires, car accidents, ambulance c

Today is the day, Jefferson Twp Fire Department celebrates it’s 25th year of service to our community! Come on down to the firehouse today between 10am-2pm and celebrate with us, we will be grilling hamburgers and hotdogs! Lunch is on us to show our appreciation to our community for always supporting us!

At 6:19 pm on 2-12-26, Jefferson Twp Fire Dept was dispatched to a structure fire on Lincoln Hwy. All occupants made it out of the residence prior to fire departments arrival. Jefferson Twp would like to thank our mutual aid departments who responded and helped aid our efforts. Crestline Fire Department, Liberty Twp Fire, and Whetstone Twp Fire.

Our heart felt thoughts go out to the individuals affected by the events of last evening.
