At Galion City Schools, we know that every day counts and every Tiger matters. Being in school consistently gives students more opportunities to learn, build friendships, connect with their teachers, and keep moving toward their goals.

With our 4-day school week, Mondays can be a great day to schedule appointments, errands, haircuts, and other activities whenever possible—helping us protect Tuesday–Friday as learning days.

The Tigers are back at Unckrich Stadium TONIGHT as we take on the Bishop Ready Silver Knights! ⚔️

🔒 Centegix Lockdown Drill – Friday, September 4

Galion City Schools will conduct a planned lockdown drill on Friday, September 4, at 2:10 p.m. as part of our ongoing commitment to student and staff safety.

The drill will utilize our Centegix security system and will give students and staff an opportunity to practice our emergency procedures in a controlled setting.

Please know that this is only a drill. No emergency is occurring.

We regularly conduct safety drills to help ensure our students and staff are prepared and know what to do should an actual emergency situation ever arise.
