Some of our Gallatin Residents may have noticed that the Telecommunications Tower north of Gallatin, by the Hillcrest Cemetery, has not had its lights on for a couple of weeks. We have talked with the owner of the tower and they are aware of the outage as of May 19th, 2026, the day after our weekend of storms. The Federal Aviation Administration and the Federal Communication Commission are aware of it was well, since the tower exceeds the minimum lighting height.

Technicians will restore the lights as soon as they are able to get in our area.
