Does anyone have official boys scout pants, shorts, socks, etc that they are no longer using? Pete is working at Boxwell this summer. He stays there Sunday through Saturday, so he needs enough for 6 days. He is required to wear official gear. The price of these new is more than he'll actually be paid. I know, crazy!

Just a reminder that we will be having our monthly committee meeting tonight 8/8/2017 at 7:00 pm. We will meet at the church in our usual room.

Will be finalizing the plans for the Grimes trip on 8/25-8/26, several adults will need to help with this trip so please attend if you would like additional information.

The schedule for the next few months will also be discussed.

Scouts will be completing their final prep for camp.

We will attempt to have the Preditors Game on the big screen for anyone wanting to stay and watch

Our monthly committee meeting will be tonight 6/6/2017 at 7:00 PM at Panera Bread (921 Nashville Pike Gallatin).

Our primary focus will be Summer Camp Adult Leadership. We still have several openings in our schedule that needs to be filled. Please take a look at the attached Schedule and let me know where you can help. We need to get this nailed down tonight to make sure we have coverage for the entire week.

If you can go you will need to complete youth protection training (We can do this at my house Thursday Night) and you may need to get a health form with physical completed.

If you can not attend but can help please email or text me as soon as you can with your availability.

We will also set the schedule for the next few months.

All scouts and parents welcome and encouraged to attend,

Due to a family situation Mr Wyers will not be able to attend summer camp all week.

We will need some additional volunteers to help with coverage throughout the week.

We need to plan on at least 3 adults to stay overnight each night and 2 that can stay each day.

We can spread this out across several people and it is okay if you can come late in the afternoon stay overnight and leave the next morning.

Please let me know if you can help as we need to get the schedule filled as soon as possible.

Anyone wanting to place flags at the cemetery tomorrow needs to meet at Sumner Memorial Gardens at 8:30 am. Troop 425 will also be there. Crestview cemetery on old 109 has also asked for help placing flags. We may be asked to go there before or after the ceremony. Joseph Pinkoski is the contact person. Please remember parents need to plan to stay with the scouts.

The memorial day service at Sumner Memorial Gardens on 31E starts tomorrow May 29th at 10:00 be sure to arrive a little early.

Some Adult leaders will be attending but there will is no organized troop leadership planned, so parents should plan to stay for the service with their scout.

Be sure to wear your class A uniform.
