🔥 BURN PERMITS SUSPENDED 🔥

Due to extremely dry conditions and high temperatures, the Gallatin Fire Department will not be issuing burn permits until further notice.

These conditions create an increased risk of fires spreading quickly and becoming difficult to control. We ask everyone to help protect our community by avoiding outdoor burning until conditions improve.

🚫 No burn permits will be issued.
🌡️ High temperatures + dry conditions = increased fire risk.
🙏 Thank you for doing your part to help keep Gallatin safe.

We will provide an update when burn permits are available again.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the nearly 3,000 lives lost on September 11, 2001.

We remember the firefighters, police officers, EMS personnel, military members, and citizens who made the ultimate sacrifice. We remember the families who lost loved ones, and the heroes who ran toward danger while others were running away.

Twenty-five years later, we will never forget their courage, their sacrifice, or the lasting impact of that day.

From the Gallatin Fire Department, we honor those who were lost, those who served, and those who continue to carry their memory forward.

We Remember. We Honor. We Will Never Forget.
