Today marks the 20th anniversary of the tragic attack on the New York twin towers. Let us all remember the victims that were taken from this horrific tragedy. Let us also show gratitude towards the first responders that were there that day to save as many people as they could.

Today marks the day of celebration in which America commemorates the passage of the Declaration of Independence by Continental Congress in 1776. Soon after, the thirteen colonies separated from Great Britain's control which embarked on the moment of freedom. Also known as Independence Day, Americans spend this day with family and friends to celebrate America’s birthday. July 4th is commonly associated with fireworks, parades, barbecues, fairs, and games in which people celebrate traditions of the United States. While this day should be filled with fun and happiness, it's important to keep in mind the soldiers and the vets that continue to make this day happen and to cherish the freedoms that America has to offer. Happy 4th of July and God Bless America!
