National Nurses Week offers a moment to reflect on the lasting difference nurses make in our communities. This year’s theme, The Power of Nurses, recognizes the way nurses support patients and communities in both visible and often unseen ways. Their work reaches far beyond the bedside, shaping health outcomes and offering steady guidance during times of need. Nurses bring care, resilience, and commitment to their profession, and the impact of that dedication is felt throughout our communities. As a library that values learning and service, we are proud to honor nurses during Nurses Week and throughout the year.
