Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Serve as the Facilities Maintenance Mechanic with the responsibility for the operation, maintenance, repair and in house construction to all floating plant and project facilities.
• Perform the full range of work involved in the repair, overhaul, maintenance, and servicing of heating, ventilation and air conditioning units and systems.
• Operate diesel, gasoline, or electric powered vehicles with gross weight of up to and including 30,000 pounds capable of carrying loads weighing up to and including 10 tons.
• Service trucks, tractors, skid steer loader, small mowing tractors, ATVs, boats, standby generator, etc.
• Perform electrical, painting, masonry, plumbing, and carpentry on a variety of equipment and facilities.
