In 19 years weve been able to GIVE BACK scholarships totalling 60k dollars to lucky recipients.

This is by no means the only way to butcher and cook your cuts, but this is how I get the best results when using the whole deer. There are also some useful guidelines below—regardless of individual preferences—that will hopefully keep folks from attempting to grill shanks or stew backstrap.

Thank you to all that came to our annual picnic on saturday and to those who helped with our donation to the Wilton food pantry......kids had a great time with the horse and pony rides, thanks go out to Dave Ballestero for the use of his property...and Tim Passer for running the bow shoot. As always our biggest supporter, Roy Kelly for supplying the tent and tables.

The big fish have arrived, and they are aggressive and hard fighting. My friends from the Adirondack Sportsmen's Alliance had a field day today, catching a limit of big kings. Several doubles, and one triple. Josh had all rods firing. Screaming drags all morning. Nice job guys!

HOT HOT HOT is the only way to describe the salmon fishing on Lake Ontario from Olcott Harbor. Dace Morris and the guys from Cleveland enjoyed some fast and furious action Friday, catching an early limit of big kings. Looks to be another banner year. We still have some good dates available. Check these calls out got mine today and trust me you will love it. All you turkey hunters. Trust me this call is the best I have
David McFarland just sent me my call and I love it. I posted his business card and his info is on it. You can not find a custom made call like these in a store and out of the package sound excellent no scratching it nothing. Trust me check it out.
