Chicken BBQ sold out today — thank you! Unfortunately one of the chickens has taken a firefighter hostage. Negotiations ongoing. Also: we’re always looking for more volunteers. Preferably ones the chickens haven’t gotten to yet. 🐔🚒

If you see smoke at the new building… don’t worry—
👉 it’s just the chicken, not the firehouse 😄

We’ve temporarily moved into the new building so the old firehouse can be used to assemble dinners and sell chicken.

We’re hoping to fully move in within about a week and a half, pending final inspection 🤞

🚨 Sales start at 10 AM
Come out, grab some of the best chicken on the East Coast, and support your local volunteer fire company.

🚒❄️ FRIENDLY WINTER REMINDER ❄️🚒

Alright… everyone already knows what is on the news!
So we’ll skip the forecast and get right to the important stuff:

🚗 If you don’t have to be out, it’s a good time to stay home.
The couch is safer than the road, and it doesn’t slide.

🔥 Heating safety check:
• Don’t let heaters or stoves get too hot
• Keep anything that can burn well away from heat sources
• Be extra careful with temporary or space heaters, especially during a power outage
• Never leave heaters unattended

As always, in God we trust, and we appreciate everyone doing their part to stay calm and use good judgment.

🚨 In case of an emergency, always call 911 first.
Our volunteers at White Horse Fire Company will respond as quickly and safely as conditions allow.

Knowing CPR can make the difference between life and death. Early CPR saves lives, and we invite community members to join us for an upcoming CPR class at the White Horse Fire Company.

🕗 Morning Class: 8:00 – 11:00 AM
🕛 Afternoon Class: 12:00 – 3:00 PM

⏱ Every minute without CPR, a cardiac arrest victim loses 10% chance of survival.

Just a reminder that the community blood drive is happening TODAY, hosted by the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health Blood Donor Center Team.
