We are aware of the current Hoopla issues with Apple devices and we apologize for the inconvenience. Here is an update from Hoopla with a possible temporary solution.

If you are an Apple user having issues with your Hoopla App, here is an update from them:

We're aware that a recent iOS update is causing Hoopla to crash for some patrons, and we're sorry for the disruption to your reading, watching, and listening.

While we work on a permanent fix, here's a temporary workaround that's resolved the issue for most affected patrons:
Delete the Hoopla app from your device
Restart your device
Reinstall Hoopla from the App Store
We've submitted an updated version of the app to Apple for review, and we're actively monitoring that process. We don't have an exact timeline to share yet, since review times are outside our control, but we'll be sure to share with you as soon as the fix is live.

BIG thank you to our staff, community, volunteers and first responders for being a part of our Summer Reading finale! HUGE thank you to Tyson Foods, Planks Meats and Klaus Wood Pellets and Outdoor Living for our delicious hamburger dinner! Over 500 in attendance!
We could not do our summer program without the help of so many extraordinary people. Thank You, again! 🥰
