For over 135 years, we have been devoted to protecting and strengthening Long Island's most vulnerable children, seniors, families and communities. Through an integrated network of community-based programs, Family & Children’s Association provides help and hope to underserved and disadvantaged individuals struggling to build better lives.

This past Saturday, women from across our community gathered at THRIVE Nassau for a special Mental Health Awareness Month self-care retreat focused on the mind, body, and spirit.

The morning was filled with connection, wellness activities, meaningful conversation, and a supportive energy that reminded us of the power of community and self-care. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the event so special!
