This Municipal Court Week, we’re proud to recognize City Prosecutor Jennifer Cunningham and Assistant City Prosecutor James “Jimmy” Dummermuth for the important role they play in our Municipal Court.

Jennifer and Jimmy bring knowledge, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to making sure things are done the right way. They care about the details, take their responsibilities seriously, and work diligently to ensure that cases are handled fairly, accurately, and with integrity.

We also want to recognize Legal Assistants Shannon Irsik and Timberly Turpin, who play an incredibly important role in supporting our prosecutors. Shannon and Timberly are constantly juggling tasks, keeping up with the demands of the office, and helping ensure that everything stays organized and on track. Their hard work, attention to detail, and willingness to step up and keep things moving make them an invaluable part of the team.

Thank you, Jennifer, Jimmy, Shannon, and Timberly, for all the work you do and for keeping each other (and all of us) on our toes. We appreciate each of you and the important part you play in our Municipal Court team!

Today, we take a moment to recognize and honor our Municipal Court Judge, Linda Lobmeyer.

Serving as a Municipal Judge is about more than presiding over a courtroom. It requires patience, integrity, compassion, and a commitment to ensuring that every person who enters the courtroom is aware of their rights and treated with dignity and respect.

We are grateful for the time, knowledge, and commitment our Municipal Judge gives to the community. Thank you for upholding the law, serving with integrity, and helping make our Municipal Court a place where people can be heard and treated fairly.

Thank you for your service to our community and for the important role you play in our Municipal Court.

Today, we want to recognize and celebrate the dedicated officers who help keep our Municipal Court running safely and smoothly.

We want to thank SRO PJ Foster who filled in as bailiff over the summer. Summer is over and he is heading back to being a School Resource Officer, where his heart truly shines! We are grateful for the time he spent with us and wish him a wonderful school year!

We also want to give a huge thank you to Bailiff JJ Gonzales, for his continued serve as our regular bailiff. He not only keeps our courtroom safe, but he brings a positive attitude with him every day, even on the busiest or most challenging days. Your humor and positivity are truly appreciated!

Last but certainly not least, we want to thank all the officers who step in to fill the role of bailiff when needed! Your willingness to help, adapt, and support the court does not go unnoticed.

From the courtroom to the classroom and everywhere in between, we are grateful for the officers who continue to serve, protect, and make a difference. You are an important part of keeping our courtroom safe and our community served!

We’re kicking off Municipal Court Week by celebrating the people who help keep our court running smoothly every day — our Court Clerks!

Our clerks are often the first faces and voices people encounter when they come into contact with Municipal Court. From assisting the public and answering questions to processing cases, maintaining records, preparing dockets, collecting payments, and managing countless details behind the scenes, they play an essential role in the daily operation of our court.

But today, we want you to get to know the people behind the positions!

We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, patience, dedication, and compassion our clerks bring to their work every day.

Meet our newest Court Clerk, Litzy Ruiz. Since joining our office, she has already become a valued part of our team through dedication, positive attitude, and a commitment to serving our community. We're grateful to have her on our team and look forward to all she will accomplish.
