A big thank you to Fluor Corporation for being a dedicated partner in the fight against hunger in Orange County!

Through annual grants to our Farm to Family Program and regular employee volunteer support at the OC Food Bank and the Giving Farm, Fluor is helping ensure local families have access to fresh, healthy food.

This month, our team is celebrating LIHEAP Action Month!

LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program) helps fund our Utility Assistance Program, providing once-a-year financial support to individuals and families facing high energy bills and disconnection warnings.

But this program isn’t just about paying utility bills. It’s about easing the financial burden so many families face, especially when life takes an unexpected turn.

For Bridget, our Utility Assistance Program offered a helping hand as she navigated unforeseen personal and family medical hardships. With her utility bill taken care of, she can now focus on other essential expenses, knowing her electricity won’t be disconnected in the process.

Stories like Bridget’s remind us that utility assistance is about more than keeping the lights on—it’s about giving families one less thing to worry about when they need it most.

Earlier this week, we celebrated the opening of our new Research and Development Center with partners, funders, and team members at our ribbon-cutting ceremony!

This new facility will be home to our Weatherization Apprenticeship Program, provide hands-on workforce development training, and help drive economic opportunity throughout Southern California.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us, including representatives from the Orange County Business Council, Charitable Ventures, and TECH Clean California. Your partnership and investment are helping build a stronger, more skilled workforce for Orange County.
