Ocapica - WIA Youth Employment Program Assists youth ages 16-21 through skill building in support of their individual education and employment goals.

OCAPICA's WIA Youth Employment Program provides employment and training services for Orange County youth ages 16-21 that have barriers to employment. These programs provide family-centered, culturally and linguistically competent services. Participants will identify their strengths, build skills to address their needs, and work with OCAPICA staff to find meaningful employment earning a living wage. In addition to one-on-one case management, we conduct workshops that will help participants develop their education plan and career interests, become goal oriented, and gain special skills to prepare them for their future.
