Biodanza es un sistema que promueve la expresión, integración y desarrollo de las potencialidades humanas que se manifiestan a través de vitalidad, creatividad, sexualidad, afecto y trascendencia. Sistema de Biodanza se basa en inducir integradora “vivencias” a través de la música, el movimiento y la recolección situaciones en un contexto de grupo (la intención es crear un grupo regular), con el f

in de construir progresivamente una atmósfera de confianza, de manera que los participantes pueden experimentar de manera integral, más cariñosa, espontáneas y creativas formas para relacionar a los demás. Hay una parte presentación verbal; donde compartimos nuestra experiencia en relación con la sesión anterior y aclarar dudas en el lado de la teoría del sistema Biodanza. La segunda parte es práctica “vivencial” que tiene una secuencia integradora de ejercicios con el fin de iniciar un proceso progresivo de cambio que implica el cuerpo en todos los niveles; físico, emocional y existencial. Biodanza is a system that promotes the expression, integration and development of the human potentials that manifest through Vitality, Creativity, Sexuality, Affection and Transcendence. Biodanza’s system is based on inducing integrative “vivencias” through the music, the movement and gathering situations in a group context (the intention is to create a regular group), in order to progressively build an atmosphere of confidence, in a way that the participants can experience in an integrative way, more affectionate, spontaneous and creative forms to relate to others. There is a brief verbal introduction; where we (group) shares their experience in relation to the previous session. The second part is practical “vivencial” which has an integrative sequence of exercises with the purpose of initiate a progressive process of change that involves the body in all levels; physical, emotional and existential.
