Thank you to Sarah Gaer Su***de Prevention Specialist for presenting her workshop, Beyond the Medical Model: Soul Exhaustion and Soul Care to this group yesterday afternoon! ☀️

Sarah gave a thoughtful and inspiring presentation on defining the soul and introduced us to the concepts of soul exhaustion and soul care. Her message served as both a reflection and an important call to action: to restore the soul to its rightful place at the center of healing and care.

Thank you, Sarah, for sharing your wisdom and compassion with us!

Thank you, also, to Ana from the Massachusetts Behavioral Health Helpline for providing information and resources at our program!

Another awesome Greater Gardner Chair City Chapter AARP 3237 meeting yesterday afternoon!🌟

Thank you to Rebecca Marois, President/CEO of the Greater Gardner Chamber of Commerce, for a great presentation. Rebecca gave our members an insightful look into the inner workings of the Chamber and discussed their mission to “build a strong local economy and quality of life by promoting economic, civic, and social development.”

She also led a Q&A session, giving members the opportunity to discuss local businesses, learn more about how the Chamber operates, and share ideas about supporting our community.

We’d also like to recognize Bill O’Connor of The Highlands - A Life Care Center for setting up a table and providing refreshments and information at the meeting! Thank you again, Bill!
