We won't leaf you hanging: Flower pots and trays (aka flats) do NOT go in the recycling. Some garden centers may take them back, but you'll need to ask before you donate. Splitting plants? 🌱 Be sure to disinfect all pots and trays you give away to make sure you don't pass along any invasives (like jumping worms and black swallow wort).

The wild turkeys are out for spring, and they want you 🫵 to put your stuff in the right bin.

♻️Make sure your recyclables actually get recycled (AKA, don't toss them as trash). On the go? Look for a public recycling bin or hang onto your stuff until you get home.

⏸️On the flip side, ""wishcycling"" is NOT the answer. Pause and make sure what you've got is accepted for recycling. (It only takes a few seconds to check the Recyclopedia!)

TRANSFER STATION STICKERS:

2025-2026 ORANGE STICKERS are expiring on JUNE 30, 2026

2026-2027 STICKERS-GREEN will be available for purchase starting May 15, 2026.

Any sticker purchased online after May 1st will be sent a GREEN STICKER for the upcoming fiscal year.
