I am a proud daughter of an Air Force Sargent and have lived in Florida, Tennessee, Germany, Nebraska, Texas and Kansas. I am the oldest of 3 girls, and according to my siblings I am the bossiest one - that's what happens when your the oldest - right? e all grown up now and live in Johnson County except our youngest daughter who lives in Oklahoma. We have also been blessed with 13 human grandchildren, 3 doggie grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. My favorite pet is a dog which I am on my 9th one now who is a Siberian Huskey named Sasha. We also have 2 chickens named Lexi and Khloe. I consider myself a God fearing Christian and a Patriot who loves our country. In God We Trust rides with me everywhere I go, and if you visit our home on any patriotic holiday you will find no less than 20 flags in our yard, and at least 4 in the front on all other days. My favorite game as a child was Monopoly - I still love to play it - which is probably what lead me to my life long career of real estate. I spent 30+ years in the title insurance industry, 5 years in Mortgage Banking, and have had my Real Estate License in 2009. I love helping others and enjoy giving back to the community via the Harvesters Food Drive/Distribution at our church, Volunteering at City Union Mission during Christmas, and delivering meals through Meals On Wheels whenever possible. Between work, raising 2 grandchildren, family events, and all of the other things that life brings my way I am a pretty busy gal. Our family has enjoyed living in Gardner now for 34 years. We have been proud to be a Trailblazer parent/grandparent and I feel like it's time to give back to the community by running for School Board and keeping our conservative child first agenda going! I am looking forward to working hard to help the families in our district obtain the best education possible for all of our children.
