We’re honored to be 1 of 66 organizations awarded an AE Foundation™ Community Grant!

The AE Foundation (the charitable arm of American Eagle) recently awarded a total of $530,500 to deserving organizations across the US and Canada dedicated to supporting the mental health and well-being of young people.

We are incredibly grateful for this support, which will directly impact our R.O.O.T.S. program and help us continue empowering young people to live authentically and build a better future.

Thank you, American Eagle, for investing in our mission and our community!

⛳️ GAAMHA was proud to sponsor and participate in the Holy Family Academy Golf Tournament!

Our team enjoyed a great day on the course while supporting an organization that is making a meaningful difference in the lives of students and families throughout our community.

At GAAMHA, we believe strong communities are built through collaboration. Supporting events like this allows us to invest not only in our own mission, but also in the incredible work being done by our community partners.

Thank you to Holy Family Academy for hosting a fantastic event and for all you do to help young people learn, grow, and thrive. We are grateful to be part of a community where organizations come together to support one another.

🎉 Congratulations to Kevin on 25 Years of Service! 🎉

Today we proudly recognized Kevin for 25 years of dedication to the individuals served at GAAMHA’s Pathway House.

For a quarter-century, Kevin has helped countless people begin their recovery journey, rebuild their lives, and discover strengths they never knew they had. He has witnessed confidence grow with each small success, understanding that lasting recovery is built one day, one decision, and one achievement at a time.

Kevin’s leadership is grounded in the values that define both recovery and service: shared accountability, persistence, humility, empathy, respect, and integrity. He challenges people to be their best while never losing sight of the dignity and potential of every individual who walks through the doors of Pathway House.

The impact of 25 years of service cannot be measured simply by time, but by the lives changed, hope restored, and recovery journeys supported along the way.

Thank you, Kevin, for your unwavering commitment and for being a steady presence for so many. Congratulations on this remarkable milestone. 👏💙

Meet our Recovery Coaching Team!

Every day, they provide hope, encouragement, and guidance to individuals working toward recovery. Through compassion, lived experience, and genuine connection, they help people overcome challenges, celebrate successes, and build brighter futures.

The impact of a Recovery Coach is felt far beyond a single conversation—it can change the course of a life.

Thank you to our Recovery Coaches for the dedication, empathy, and support you bring to our community each and every day. We are grateful for all that you do.

💙

GAAMHA is proud to celebrate two meaningful recognitions that highlight the power of partnership, collaboration, and community support.

Hope for Holyoke, a peer recovery center in Holyoke, recently held its annual awards ceremony honoring staff, members, and community partners. This year’s Community Partnership Awards recognized the new RST program and the collaborative effort behind bringing this important resource to the community. Debbie from BSAS accepted the award on behalf of the BSAS team members who helped get the RST program up and running, and the three peer recovery centers that received grants for their RST programs were also honored.

Congratulations to GAAMHA's TJ Atkinson for taking the lead and making our RST program a standout for excellence!

We are also proud to recognize Jack Borey, who received an award for Outstanding Collaboration and Support of Fitchburg Community Justice Support Center clients. Jack’s commitment to partnership and client-centered support reflects the heart of GAAMHA’s mission.

Congratulations to TJ & Jack, who continue to make recovery, support, and opportunity possible.
