🍂 Save the date for GSRC’s first Fall Member Weekend!

The pool may be closed for the season, but there’s still time to get together with pool friends.

🔥Saturday, November 7 at 6 PM | Main Lawn
Bring a pot to enter our Chili Cook-Off, or come hungry to taste and vote! We’ll have a bonfire, college football on the big screen, and a family-friendly movie for the kids. Bring chairs, blankets, and your favorite beverages (BYOB).

🗳Sunday, November 8 at 4 PM | Clubhouse
Join us for our Annual Member Meeting and Board Elections. We’ll reflect on the season, review club finances, and vote in person for a new treasurer and two open board seats. Candidate details and meeting materials will be shared ahead of time.

Member perk: Attend either event to qualify for our lowest Early Bird Renewal Rate for the 2027–2028 season. Rates will be announced soon!

Introducing the GSRC Monthly! 🧡

Whether you’re cheering on the Garner Dolphins or catching up with friends on the pool deck, this club is at its best when we feel connected.

Our volunteer board is starting this monthly newsletter to share clearer, more consistent updates. You can expect news about club projects, upcoming events, board decisions, and the swim team. We know we haven’t always communicated as consistently as we should, and this is one way we’re working to improve.

You’ll also see more updates here on social media, thanks to a fellow member who has volunteered to help manage our pages!

GSRC belongs to all of us. We hope you’ll read along, ask questions, share your ideas, and help shape what comes next.

The pool is quiet, but the memories from this season are anything but. 🧡

Thank you to everyone who spent their summer with us, from the families on the pool deck to the Garner Dolphins, lifeguards, and volunteers who made it all happen.

We’ll miss seeing you by the water, but we’re looking forward to staying connected through club events and updates during the off-season. See you soon, GSRC!

📣 GSRC POOL HOURS — STARTING THIS WEEK! 🏊‍♀️☀️

We’ve heard your feedback, and we want to do a better job of keeping our members informed about pool hours and operations. Going forward, we’ll be sharing our hours clearly so everyone knows when the pool is open. ❤️

Here are our regular hours starting this week:

🏊 Monday–Thursday: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM
🏊 Friday: 4:00 PM–7:00 PM
🏊 Saturday: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
🏊 Sunday: 1:00 PM–7:00 PM

🇺🇸 Labor Day: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM

We appreciate your patience and feedback as we continue working to improve communication and make GSRC the best it can be for our members. We’ll continue to post updates if there are any changes to the schedule.
