Stafford County Lions Clubs members got up early today and got to work cleaning up our stretch of Ramoth Church Road as part of our Adopt-A-Highway program recently added to our environmental efforts. Lions Ed and Sue Tober, Bud and Sharon Ga***rd, Pat McCormick (lead for the project) and Wally and Rose Burrus picked up multiple bags of trash along our 2+ mile stretch of assigned cleanup on Ramoth Church Rd. Wonderful!

9 year old London decided he wanted to help! His family helped him raise money to purchase 214 pounds of food!! He made sure he picked out " fun food" like ice cream and olives! This is a great start to fulfilling his dream of owning a hotel and restaurant that serve people in need.

Our Lions commitment to service--with the help of other Lions and caring individuals of Stafford County, collections of food, clothing and cleaning supplies for the victims of flooding in southwestern Virginia, eastern Kentucky and West Virginia.
Thank you to our partners, the Stafford County Lions Club for donating a carload of food and cleaning supplies which will be distributed to the Kentucky flood victims. These supplies will be shipped this week by Medical Missionaries volunteer, JD.

One of our dedicated Lions cleaning pill bottles to be recycled for medicine dispensing. Thank you Lion Michaun!
