Happy October all!
Since starting here at the library, I have catalogued hundreds of books, and taken in hundreds more waiting for me! There have been many, many wonderful donations; fiction, non-fiction, history, self-improvement.
In this time, I have taken very few, in proportion, OFF of the shelves. Particularly fiction.
I am going to start diving into these fiction shelves and trim them to make room for these great donations. As a book lover, it is incredibly difficult to get rid of books! Just because they are old, doesn’t mean they are not worthy reads! Nonetheless, some have to go.
Today’s feature books are by Susan Howatch. 1960’s and 70’s, but their settings are much further back. They are the first to reach the “LAST CHANCE” shelf. Come in and take a look before they disappear!!
