Today we also finished our Cabernet Sauvignon. A mild oaky flavor, light fruit taste, semi dry and it taste awesome!

Our first batch of Reserve Pinot Grigio from Wine on The Ridge has just been bottled today!!! Crisp Mild Sweet White Pinot Grigio. We also use a special pumping machine to polish and filter the wine to get a clean look and a fresh fruit taste.

The Cobblestone Society tour was a massive hit yesterday. An entire tour bus full and hundreds of others stopped by to visit or our Cobblehurst Estate and listen to informational tours of the history of the property. It was amazing to hear about how people were waiting all year to tour the estate and see the changes.
