Truth! Zillow uses broader stats. However, your lender uses ones within 1to5 mile from your property. Our recent listing the owner thought was worth $259K, we'll be closing it in about 2 weeks for $295K! Not all prices are this different, but using an experienced Realtor (AKA US!) is your best for your hard earn investment. Listen to your Realtor!
